Does this kit come with a replacement Pilot & Throwout Bearings?

The kit does come with pilot and throwout bearing. My recommendation however is to purchase an OEM throwout bearing. The bearing in the kit will work but is not as high quality as the OEM.

Does anybody know if it is compatible with Dual Mass Flywheel (DMF), particularly with LuK DMF067?

No, the kit does not contain a replacement flywheel.

Does this kit come with the throw out bearing?

Yes it had both the throwout bearing and the pilot bearing. The throwout bearing is the circle in the upper right of the picture and the pilot bearing is on the upper left.
