I have been using flower essences for a variety of reasons for over 20 years. FES is the company I decided to use early on. They all do what they say they're going to do in my experience. It helps a lot if you say a prayer with intention as you ingest them. Specifically, St. John's Wort has helped me lighten the burden of SAD (Seasonal Affect Disorder). I get really depressed when the days grow short in the fall and winter, but, if I use this essence, I don't even notice any suffering. What a blessing. Do yourself a favor and know you can depend on these flower essences.

I am soooo tired of plastic packaging, and sooooo grateful that this seller didn't use any! Same great product too.
