Giraffe Tools Retractable Garden Hose Reel Wall Mounted

So easy to fix to the wall. When the water is on there is no leaks, so easy to move side to side and the pulling out the hose takes a little bit of pulling but not that hard. I found that the last bit to pull then release it then stops it from trying to pull in the hose pipe. When you have finished pull the hose pipe & it then starts to wind in the pipe. No hassle in it pulling in the pipe but don't let it go because I find it really pulls it in very fast. It's great that there is a stopper on the hose pipe before the gun and that can be altered which is great if you want the end of your hose pipe to be longer or shorter once it's reeled it back in. Not cheap but so far I'm please with the cost of this product because it's easy to use and it works very well. So much better than any of my old hand wind in hose reels which used to get stuck, pipe get twisted, handle broke on one when i was winding in the pipe and some even leaked before it had put water in the pipe. These should of been out many years ago. I would recommend this to anybody who is looking for a hosepipe reel & wants an easy life.

I have had this on my wall for about 1 year now its never let me down I use it to water my plants on the front garden and back garden If you haven't got a SDS drill it will take some time to drill it to the wall as the screws ankers it comes with are quite big but it needs this so its very sturdy when dragging the reel out very happy with my purchase it is expensive but you get what you pay for definitely would recommend

It is really heavy and you need good upper body strength to unreal it and keep control of it on the rewind it's vicious on saying that once you've unwound it it's really good

The Hose reel is easy to install to your house with the bolt screws & plugs, all the fittings are included to get you up & running straight away, the price is reasonable for the Hose reel and was delivered quickly within a day of ordering.

Terrible. Won’t lock when you extend the hose, always wants to retract. Then won’t fully retract leaving 1-2m which you need to wrestle it in and out. It fails at its most basic function. Also the little weak plastic screw at the back of the lever mechanism for the squirter nozzle broke after two uses. Don’t waste your time on this. We are returning it.

Easy to install, the actual retractable hose reel seems quite sturdy but the spray gun is cheap. The lever broke on the first use. Luckily I still have my hozelock gun. Note - The hose attachments aren’t waterstop. Retractable reel seems good, attachments are a waste of time.

Anfangs war ich abgeneigt wegen einiger Rezessionen diesen Artikel zu bestellen, hab ihn dann dennoch bestellt und muss sagen, TOP Produkt. Artikel ist super gut verpackt angekommen. Die Schlauchbox ist sehr stabil, das Kunststoff wirkt sehr hochwertig. Die Montage mit den mitgelieferten Montagematerial war sehr einfach und ausreichend stabil. Der Gartenschlauch ist auch in einer super Qualität und Knick sicher. Die Aufrollung funktioniert einwandfrei. Natürlich sollte man den Schlauch bei der Aufrollung nicht einfach loslassen, aber sagt der gesunde Hausverstand. Bin mehr als zu frieden damit, Preis/Leistung spitze.
