Fitness Vibration Platform - Whole Body Vibration Machine Crazy Fit Vibration Plate with Remote Control and Resistance Bands (Black)

I'm really surprised how good this vibrating platform is! I've always written things like this off as lying gimmicks. But when I saw this one as a Gold Box deal, I decided to Google it. While there's really no evidence that you're going to get into awesome shape by standing passively on a vibrating platform for 10 minutes, Mayo Clinic says that there is evidence that it will help with three things that are very important to me, especially as I get older: 1) Back pain; 2) balance; 3) bone density (I'm only 4'10", I can't get any shorter!).The platform is very sturdy and seems to work fine. The directions kind of suck, but it's not too hard to figure out.I did hurt my back a little carting it around when it arrived, though - it's heavy!

Love this machine. After purchasing the "Updated Hurtle Fitness Machine Vibration Platform", and finding that it wasn't responsive with the remote, the only way to control it, returning it thinking it was a dud, then getting another only to have it happen again. It also weighed a ton, which sucks when you have to return it 2x! I switched and got this Pinty and it's awesome (and lighter weight). Been using it for 2 weeks now and it responds and also has the capability to use without a remote. The best part, I saved over $100. I can tell that they took the time to make sure the technical and mechanical operations are in good order. This Pinty can also transport easier if necessary because it's much lighter.

OK, my headline may be a bit confusing. This platform came with a minimum of instructions and the pre-programmed functions built into it are practically useless. You should already have good balance if you want to use this for exercise. That being said, the results of the exercise and the concepts behind the vibrating platform are rock solid. Using this device has had very positive results - my balance was vastly improved; my lower leg blood circulation was vastly improved; I have very large calf muscles that cramped every night (this is the first device I have ever been able to find to vibrates those muscles out so that they are no longer tight and strained constantly); it has been a fantastic stress reducer for someone who wants to exercise on a limited scale as it improves overall blood circulation.Drawbacks: the instruction booklet is worthless so you have "experiment" with the controls to get the settings you really want. The remote is a bit difficult and non-intuitive to operate. If you live in an apartment complex, it vibrates very strongly so you may not be able to use it without the neighbors complaining (I had to find a "sweet spot" of support on my apartment floor that had extra support to absorb these vibrations). I have found it worth the money to purchase but you have "feel" your way through the operation and find what is best for you.

I just got it yesterday and I’ve only used it 2 days in 3x 10 min sessions and you can definantly feel it working after about 10 min into program. It’s too early to tell if it’s made any difference as far as muscle tone or weight loss so I’ll find out in time. Only part that is discouraging is there is no Manuel to tell you of all it’s functions and what routines to do to work certain areas of your body. So you gotta find other platforms instructions and go with their exercise routines.

I have fibromyalgia. This machine has made my everyday pain diminish greatly. I stand on it for 10 minutes 3 times a day and I have noticed a lot less aches and tightness across my chest and hips.As a strange bonus I have begun losing weight. I have not increased my exercise regime aside from this and I have not changed my diet. Honestly, I do not understand it but I don't think I need to. It's simply shakes the stress away and it possibly shakes the weight away.

Using for circulation and toning. Just got it today, has suction cup feet and I put it on vinyl plank floor and its silent. It is powerful. The only thing negative I have to say about it is the hand strap things are not short enough or have too much stretch as its not at the right length to be tight when I pick them up.

Edit: customer service is great. My platform was most likely damaged while shipping although it was very well packed. I posted the review and immediately had someone reach out to me with directions and a resolution. The platform feels very well made. I’m excited to get another one.There are ZERO instruction on how to turn this thing on or program settings. I have looked through the box. No instructions or even a phone number to call. I’ll return it and buy another, more user friendly brand. I have pushed every button on this and NOTHING HAPPENS. All I see is red led lights. That’s it. No vibration. It does feel like a solid machine but not sure if it works.
