My son dumped ours outside once where some poison ivy was growing. Two days later the poison ivy was dead.

Bathrooms, closets and laundry rooms are best. The more enclosed the area, the more moisture it traps.

Q: Was your tablet smelly? Mine has an acrid smell that is worse than any damp rid product I've ever used.

The unscented version has a very nasty repulsive stench. It is worse than the mildew smell we are trying to eliminate. I wish I’d read all of the reviews before I bought these. Now I’m out over $50 and it’s too late to return the unused tablets because the return window is very short. Don’t waste your time and money on this device or these tablets.
