Very large
The media could not be loaded. I bought this because even though my picture window is 3 feet away from my woodstove, I didn’t want to take a chance on the window breaking. Plus my walls were getting super hot. The fire blanket is huge and blocks the heat from the woodstove to my walls and window. It’s heavy and well made. Very pleased. Highly recommend.

Safety Kit
I purchased this extra large fire blanket to keep in my car for possible emergencies. Thank goodness I haven't had to use it, but I lost a friend and her newborn baby in a car fire. I hope I never need it, but as it takes up hardly any space (I slipped it in the pouch behind the passenger seat) it's a peace of mind.

This fire blanket is something that I hope to never use!
I used to work for the Forest Service and carried a personal fire "blanket" in my pack for personal protection just in case. Fortunately I never needed it. This fire blanket is hanging in our kitchen and if I live the rest of my life and never need to use it, I will consider it a worthwhile investment in personal protection for my family. I liked it so much that I bought one for each of our adult children to use at their house.

All you really need!
I bought this for my travel trailer because you can have a fire in this atmosphere also, not alot of ways out of a travel trailer with one door so I bought one for me, and for my sister and her husband for there self contained camper. You just never know. This will put the fire out immediately and I bought this one because it will cover a body if you need to escape from an engulfed area.

Glad I found these bigger one!
The size is great! I haven't needed them but they look durable and they also have great quality. I love how they are portable and easy to use! 😃

Fortunately I haven’t had use it but it’s there if I need it!
It’s plenty heavy though they could be a little longer & the gloves are for all practical purposes useless but Igor 2 of these for our motorhome & move them back & forth between the house & coach. They have a pull from the bottom feature for quick deployment which is a very good thing!

Peace of mind
I am now in a wheelchair and am unable to get out of bad to get into the wheelchair without assistance. I've been fretting about what might happen to me in case of a fire (we've had two house fires in our area recently) but I have some peace of mind now that I have this fire blanket which is absolutely large enough to cover my entire body in case I cannot get out of the way of a fire, should one occur. We have kept a smaller version of this fire blanket on the boat for "just in case" and one by the stove for that same reason. Now, I'm protected, too, "just in case."
