Front Row Sewn Stripe Long Sleeve Rugby Shirt

I bought two of these in extra large, and for a modern version of an old classic these shirts are perfect. They're medium weight, not as heavy as the old school pro versions that make me sweat but maybe a little beefier than a beefy-t. I'm not one to take extra care to avoid shrinkage etc, so after reading other reviews I ignored the recommendations and purchased them one size larger than usual. Then I proceeded to ignore the care instructions by washing them in hot water once, then into a hot dryer. They fit perfect now, and my regular routine is to wash with the colors setting then dry on warm not hot. While the collars could use a little touch-up afterwards, they don't demand ironing. This method might not work for everyone, but it worked very well for me.

Good quality shirt. Size, XL, was spot on. Medium weight fabric was perfect, not too thin, not too thick. I like the authenticity of separately colored sewn panels rather than just dyed. Definitely would buy again.

I bought two shirts and Amazon suggested getting extra large where I normally would do large. They seem a little too big for me but they have shrunk in the wash so they fit better but might have preferred large. I will keep these as they do work.

The rugby shirt is comfortable, fit as expected, individual panels for color strips, 100% Cotton.

the neck opening is not done correctly the square security stitching at the bottom of the button closure is too high and makes it difficult to get the shirt on and off. I removed the upper stitching and resewed the closure about 1/8" above the other lower stitching to secure the flap.the wearer gains about 2" with this simple alteration .. The COLORS are amazing and so nice for Summer My husband loves this shirt.

Great quality rugby shirt best colour duck egg and navy

Amazon hatte mir bei der Bestellung XXL empfohlen…ich hatte dann XL bestellt, weil lt. Größentabelle eine Brustweite von 114cm passen sollte. Tatsächlich hatte ich dann am Shirt eine Brustweite von 124cm (62cm einfach gemessen) gemessen, also viel zu groß. Dazu kommt noch, dass die Schulterbreite auch ca 60cm waren, und das Shirt mit den sehr weit geschnittenen Ärmeln somit überall an mir herunterhing. Der Stoff und die Verarbeitung sind gut - wenn es passen würde, wäre es sicher sehr schön gewesen.

This is a decent quality rugby top for day to day wear, it's become one of my husband's favourites. It's quite thick but not ridiculously heavy, softens up nicely after washing and he tells me it's warm. Given the insane price you can pay for some rugby shirts, this was a good buy. I have little doubt it will last for years without becoming tatty. It washes very well at 40 deg and can be tumble dried, though I tend not to do that.
