It's meant to be "crispy" but both bottles had soggy chilli and peanuts.

Delicious and a game changer
The chilli oil is not as hot as I expected, thankfully for me, but you can use as much or as little as you like, I like to add it to almost anything I want to pep up with another flavour dimension, a bit of heat or a bit of crunch, delicious, and really pleased with the quality and taste.
