I bought 3 one of them it was broken but they change it directlyI love it it is really nice I hope it will not change my positive thoughts in the future

Could have been more Lenght on the connection flex. The mirror is perfect. Not ideal to have it protrude 40mm out from the wall however a frame could be made for it if it bothers you. The inbuilt hear pad does a great job to demist the mirror in a steamy room. Overall I'm very happy with it

Bathroom mirror is easy to fit and wire to existing connection. The light is not very bright but is OK. The demister is agin OK. It would also benefit of it had a shaver socket.

Great value and premium looking product suited for any bathroom!My unit unfortunately stopped working after a few months, but the customer support was excellent and provided me with a new one. So far no issues so I must’ve just had a defective unit. Don’t let that throw you off this amazing product though!

Easy to install, simple wiring , looks good , if I had to pick it seems a thin mirror and not alot of space to connect at the rear

This mirror was just what I was looking for after a similar product stopped working. The only quibble I have is that the touch sensitive on/off button glows red when it is off. Annoying! It could either not glow or glow white maybe.I've no idea why I have to give a rating for motion detection as this is not a feature of the product.

This mirror is better than I thought and good value. The demisting function is good. The lighting is bright. Some people complain about the on/off switch constantly being lit but I don't mind this. It looks fabulous. I can't comment on installation as we had an electrician doing other things and he fitted it, he didn't say it was difficult. Wouldn't hesitate to buy again if needed another mirror.
