Not for me
One pill is too heavy on stomach and the effects are intense.

I used this to reduce my Lip (a) by 75 % my Dr was amazed by the results, nothing can do this other than Niacin . Extended release is the best form limits flushing . I recommend Dr supervision if exceeding the recommended dose on the bottle

Endur Plain Niacin (Nicotinic Acid) has been a fantastic addition to my heart health regimen! My cardiologist recommended niacin to help support my cholesterol balance, and after researching various brands, I chose this one based on its reputation and quality. I've been taking it consistently for six months now, and my latest blood work showed improvements that both my doctor and I are thrilled about. What I appreciate most about this supplement is the quality and purity of the nicotinic acid. The immediate-release formula works exactly as expected, and while there is the typical niacin flush initially, it became much more manageable after the first few weeks as my body adjusted. I take it with food as recommended, which helps minimize any discomfort. The capsules are well-made and consistent, dissolving properly without any issues. I feel confident knowing I'm taking a supplement that's manufactured to high standards and actually contains what's listed on the label. The packaging keeps the product fresh and clearly lists all the important information. For a high-quality niacin supplement that supports both heart health and healthy cholesterol balance, the price was absolutely the best value I found. Comparable products from other reputable brands cost significantly more. I'm definitely planning to continue this as part of my long-term cardiovascular health strategy and would recommend it to anyone whose healthcare provider has suggested niacin supplementation. This has become an important part of my wellness routine, and I'm very satisfied with the results. Definitely deserves 5 stars!

I have completed my first week of these pills. As for the flush: Day 1----Took half a pill with a meal. 90 minutes later, no flush. I ingested 1 teaspoon of coffee and immediately had the flush of a lifetime! Red, hot skin. Hive-like reaction all over my body. Lasted about 25 minutes. Day 2----Same dosage as Day 1. Reaction was delayed but similar to previous day. Day 3----Half pill taken. No reaction. Took other half pill. Same reaction as Day 1. Day 4----Whole pill. Reaction not as severe as previous day. Day 5 & 6----Whole pill. Very little to no reaction. I'll probably continue with 1 pill daily for the next 2 weeks then up my dosage to 1.5 pills per day. I understand everyone's tolerance to supplements is different. For me, because I understood what was happening, the flush wasn't bad. Not sure what will happen with 1.5 pills........!

The flush 😬 Not sure exactly how many stars to give this, I want to take away one star for the horrific flush it gives me but at the same time that’s kind of part of having a good niacin 😂 Just be aware that the flush can be tough to take! I was itchy and blotchy all over my body for a few hours. Starts with the prickling feeling and then boom… red blotchy. I cut down to half a pill and that helped. Yes, my cardiologist did suggest an aspirin half an hour or so before to eliminate the flush but I don’t want to take a medication to assist!!

WILL GIVE FLUSH response and is hard to split down to 125 1/4th dose but is a good value if you have stair stepped up to 125mg to step up to the next level of 250mg HOWEVER this may not be good for light complected people or those not conditioned to higher doses so be careful. Some claims are out there about this in very high dozes of 4000 mg or 4 grams for reduction of cholesterol, I am too skiddish to consider that much. Niacin and Zinc Malabsorbtion issues were first noticed in 2nd generations in the 1950s after many mamas starved during the depression era dust bowls. From my reading on this it is now labeled a Epi-genomic effect down to perhaps 3rd and 4th generations, with implications ranging for immunity, athletic and mental health, the Cholesterol science threatens the shaky ground of Statin's markets so, it is plausible science was funded to foo foo Niacin's value for better lipid profiles, IF IT WORKS FOR YOU GREAT, I have no clue on that issue and NOT medical advice derrrrr
