This device can dim the light, cut the electricity bill or saving solar battery power
This device can dim the light of LED light. Beside the benefit of getting right amount of lighting or heating, when turning down the voltage from this device, the power usage is immediately reduced with no addition power usage to the device. It likes a zero-energy consumption device. Thus, it is a money saving device.

Works well to replace switch or add dimmer to 12VDC LED fixtures.
Reasonably well made, Smooth operation with no "jumping" of voltage. Works great for adding dimmers to RV 12 VDC lighting.

How do you mount these?
I've got two dimmer switches on my 12 volt puck lights in my camper van. Connecting them to the wires and the fuse box was very easy. But I can't figure out how to mount the switch itself to a wall panel.Behind the knob is a cube, the size of a 6 sided die. No clips, clamps, arms, or other protruding pieces to mount this into a hole or face plate. So far, that's been the only issue. I still haven't discovered a solution.

For low wattage circuits only
I fried several of these units trying to dim about 3A of 12V LEDs each. Use for single LEDs and low power circuits only, then they work just fine!

Some noticeable fast flickering on COB LED strip lighting.
Product was easy to install. Unfortunately, my continuous COB LED tape light (The kinds that looks like neon instead of the multiple dots of LED's would flicker super fast on anything less than 50% even though it dims all the way down. Not sure if I will keep these or look for something that dims with no flickering.Update:I'm reducing this to two stars. I put the dimmer on two LED puck lights and they too, have a fast buzz type of flicker. One of the dimmer shafts is also manufactured crooked. Pricey for this level of quality and operation.
