This machine is fast! Very powerful. Loud at first, but it's so fast that the noise does not last long. I love the black color with white branding and cord. Very handsome. Makes great coffee!

Haven't used it yet to grind spices but it works, and is exactly as advertised. The on/off switch is easily accessible, which makes it easy to grind. I also liked that it came in biodegradable packaging---a real plus as far as I'm concerned.

2nd UPDATE - I received the promised replacement very quickly, and I’m happy to report that it works great. It pulverized some nutritional yeast flakes to a fine powder with no problems. My initial product was a dud, which I’m sure happens to every seller from time to time. I am confident in recommending this grinder, because even if you get the odd dud, this company has excellent customer service, eager to keep their customers happy.UPDATE - Someone at the company must’ve been monitoring the reviews, and saw mine, because I was quickly contacted and offered a replacement. Haven’t received it yet, but I wanted to upgrade my review in the mean time to reflect the excellent, attentive customer service of this seller, which seems to be in short supply these days. They clearly stand behind their products and want their customers to be satisfied. I’ll update again when I receive the replacement.Original review - Didn’t realize until after trying to pulverize some pricey dried herbs that the inner metal bowl was not fully connected/sealed to the outer container. Powder started shooting out the bottom of the unit, meaning it had filtered down from the bowl, through the motor, and put through the vents in the bottom. This might be just a bum unit, but I’m giving it one star for now for my personal experience with it. If the seller addresses the problem satisfactorily, I’ll change my rating.

I use this primarily for chopping nuts for homemade granola. It's a bit loud, yet it's chopping so loud is to be expected. Compact size is wonderful. Easy to clean. Good for small kitchens.

The media could not be loaded. When I bought the grinder I thought it was going to be super complicated like some other grinders and smell like a chemical factory like the super cheap grinders smell like. I was presently surprised that all you have to is push down a lever and it grinds the beans. The grinder itself did not smell like chemicals and super easy to clean. Some grinders have several grind levels but honestly they all seem to grind the same. This grinder has one and if you want the coffee a little finer keep grinding. I would definitely recommend this grinder to anyone who first off doesn't want a huge machine taking up space in their kitchen, wants a simple grinder that grinds well, and one that doesn't smell like a chemical factory 🤣, my last cheap one did. Don't take my word for it, try it out yourself.
