Stopped working after two weeks and I didn't get warranty on it. Needed for work and others who I know purchased said same exact thing. I wasted both my time and money. I don't do reviews but this was very disappointing!

Purchased for husband who is a truck driver so hands free is mandatory, he has no complaints as of now and we're 2 month in of usage, will update if needed but highly recommend better than other ones with skinny over the ear which is annoying after hours if wear.

I like the price but the volume is not loud to use around trucking or heavy machinery

They have good sound and I can move about while listening to a meeting. They do tend to slide when I bend my head down. The part that is not over my ear pull my hair when I take them off. They are no noise canceling for me because of the way they are made. However when on a call the other person cannot hear my dogs in the back ground.

Great headset for my daily Zoom and MS Teams meetings, this headset connects to my PC instantly with included USB dongle. It's the perfect accessory for my new home office, and enhances the voice clarity through the headset and for my team members with the noise-cancelling boom microphone.

This headset performs as well as my colleagues far more expensive BT sets in a loud AV production environment. The only thing I wish it had was a mute indicator on the end of the MIC boom as some of the others have. But, I knew it didn't have that when I ordered it and for the price, it was a feature I was willing to live without. It does have an audio cue when it's Muted/un-Muted. I can be heard clearly despite the environment around me with DB levels that are kept just below harmful range. I'm also able to hear others clearly.

My boyfriend uses this headset for trucking. He can't hear anyone with the volume all the way up and others can't hear him. Poor quality and doesn't work properly.

Product feels cheap and it is very finicky when trying to connect to the computer. It works with some applications but not others. It did not work well for Microsoft teams. The button on the side of the headset feels like it will not be functional after very many uses. I can see why other reviews said theirs broke.
