Excellent math read aloud!! I definitely recommend this text! My first grade students loved this book! We used it to kick off a math unit on demonstrating understanding on whether a math equation is true or false. Teacher pay teacher had a great unit to supplement this book. In addition, we used a balancing scale that proved whether the equation was equal or unequal, balanced or unbalanced. Have fun!
