My husband and I ate at a wonderful Middle Eastern restaurant in Brooklyn and had Loomi for the very first time. The drink was so refreshing and delicious that I asked them what was in it. When they told us, we decided right then and there that we had to have this in our life!I went on amazon to search because I was unable to find it in any of our local markets. This was the best deal by far. It i excellent quality. The drink we made taste exactly like what we had in the restaurant and I love the flavor profile so much, I am now exploring recipes for dishes that use it! It also came very quickly!

If you are a persian cook then you already know what these are!! I use them in almost every persian dish I make! I only buy Sadaf's dried limes - they are always great quality. I've never ever gotten a package with a moldy lime, or a smashed lime. I've only gotten whole intact limes!! I will forever purchase these!!!!
