Not the same as sold in stores.
Not the same as that sold in the store. I have been addicted to this chocolate for years and know the difference. This has a french ingredients list and there is no salt in it. Texture is off. Not the same.

Excellent When Hasn't Melted Prior to Delivery
This is one of our favorite chocolates. It is absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, the last bundle we ordered had melted prior to delivery and then evidently been put back in a cooler environment. It was discolored and a bit chalky. It is a wonderful bar, but unless you can get it in a cooling package, I wouldn't order it in the summer.

Self righteous chocolate
It’s delicious, let’s not quibble about taste and texture. However, it’s social justice posturing towards “carbon-neutral supply chain restores forests” is gaggingly gluten free, organic, pretentious. You needn’t feel obliged saving the planet enjoying dark chocolate, and since I’m finding fault where little product fault truthfully exists, I would have preferred the bar slightly thicker. Same 80g net weight is fine, but slightly chunkier would be appreciated. Dark chocolate benefits from hefty mouth feel.I hope this prevents no one from trying, it’s delicious.

Stale, pasty chocolate - yucch!
Terrible - chocolate was stale, pasty and had zero flavor. Seems like it was sitting on the shelf for a long time and was way past its "good by" date.

One of my Favorite Chocolate Bars
This is amazing value for money and so delicious. We treat the family to a large pack over winter (when it can be shipped without melting). The Sea Salt is our favorite (my youngest also like the Quinoa Crunch). We have tried the variety pack, and while all are delicious, this is our favorite. Alter Eco is an amazing company. They make delicious chocolate that is Fair Trade yet affordable, and ecologically careful too. The Perfect Chocolate? Maybe so!

Not as good as off the store shelf
This is my favorite chocolate and I get it weekly at Whole Foods. Recently, my Whole Foods stopped carrying this bar so I was excited to see these online. The quality was definitely off- maybe lack of temperature control (melted and hardened again?) as they are all a bit white and consistency was off- very dry. Really affected the taste. Very disappointed.
