This is an easily put together, well-built bench. I use it for sit ups and back extensions, and it is comfortable and easily stored away. I do find that I have to add a bit of weight to the rear end when doing back extensions, as the initial movement will sometimes cause the feet to lift momentarily, this is no problem though. Having had a couple of issues (my fault) with one of the parts though, I can say that the customer service is excellent. I spoke to a guy called Tom who was very helpful, and they sent me replacement parts even though it was my error. In future I will prioritise InnovaMaxx products over others entirely because of this.

Excellently built, ample size, easy to put together and excellent aftersales service from the INNOVAMAXX UK team. The finishing is a pleasure to look at. It is sturdy yet light and it folds to store.

This is a good and compact piece of fitness equipment that is easy to fold up and store away when needed. My only complaint would be that it could do with more options on where to place your feet / ankles as doing side stretches is not so easy.

I don’t have a lot of space but I love these kind of benches. I have been looking for a good sized and priced one for a while. Great product! The seller has been professional in rectifying errors with order and delivery. An important component was missing and it was shipped to me quite quickly during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The area between the soft pad area and your feet is to short causing horrific pain on my knees

The pre metal lined screw holes are off centre enough that doing 1000s of sit ups could train and imbalance in to the body. I was not happy about this! All works fine and is solid easy to put together. The only flaw is the pre drilled screw holes where not lined up so the padded bench top is not straight with frame when fitted as directed and holes are pre drilled and metal lined you can not redrill new holes.

I've been using this for a week or so and really impressed with the very sturdy quality of build. Great for sit ups and back extensions with a really good range of difficulty adjustment levels. I also use it as a weights bench with free weights, so super versatile. Very happy :)

at 1.83 m tall or 6 foot 1 and weighing 115 kg I find the bench comfortable sturdy and very well made. Excellent product. Now just need to make more effort on my own behalf

Super stabiler, praktischer Bauch und Rückentrainer. Aufbau war einfach und auch für eine Person kein Problem. Das Gerät ist super praktisch. Ist sehr einfach zum Platzsparen zusammenklappbar. Das Gerät ist sehr stabil. Die Übungen darauf zu machen macht großen Spaß, da es nur wenige Minuten in Anspruch nimmt. Dadurch ist es auch leicht möglich, die Übungen mehrmals am Tag zu machen. Ich habe das Gerät erst ein paar Tage und merke schon jetzt eine deutliche Verbesserung meiner Rückenmuskulatur und weniger Rückenschmerzen. (Trainiere 3 mal am Tag ein paar Minuten) Das Gerät kann ich jedem empfehlen der seine Rückenmuskulatur stärken möchte und dazu nur ein paar Minuten täglich aufbringen möchte.

Das Gerät ist aufgrund der meines Erachtens sehr guten Bedienungsanleitung problemlos in 20-25 Minuten aufzubauen und es macht einen wertigen Eindruck. Auf der anderen Seite hat mir das Gerät gezeigt, dass es ab und zu doch sinnvoll ist, sich lieber in ein Sportgeschäft zu begeben, um ein solches Gerät auf Tauglichkeit hinsichtlich der eigenen Köperstatur zu testen. Ich bin 1,83 m groß und habe relativ umfangreiche Waden und Oberschenkel. Wie einige Rezenenten schon geschrieben haben steht das Fusspolster keineswegs ab, sondern hängt lose nach unten. Das elementare Problem ist, dass bei den Rückenübungen keine Fußpolster Einstellung zu meinen Beinen passt und ich mich regelrecht unter das Polster zwängen muss. Seitliche Bauchübungen sind nicht möglich, da es nie und nimmer möglich ist, beide Beine unter das Polster zu bekommen. Ergo: Das Fusspolstergestänge ist zu kurz und es fehlt für Menschen mit einer kräftigeren Beinstatur eine Verstellmöglichkeit für die Fusspolster. Hier wäre eine Konstruktion wie beim höhenverstellbaren vorderen Standfuss hilfreich. Nachtrag nach einem Monat Benutzung: Mittlerweile wird das Gerät auch von der ganzen Familie genutzt. Meine Frau leidet seit Jahren an Rückenschmerzen im Lendenwirbelbereich, was wohl auf eine schwache Muskulatur durch das viele Sitzen in dem Bereich zurückzuführen ist. Sie nutzt das Gerät nun regelmäßig für Rückenübungen. Sie ist ziemlich angetan von dem Gerät, weil es für sie zum einen ergonomisch passt und zum anderen ist die Polsterung sehr angenehm. Die Tochter nutzt das Gerät für Bauchaufzüge und ist ebenfalls begeistert. Insofern kann sicherlich zusammengefasst werden, dass es einfach sehr stark auf die Statur des Nutzers ankommt, inwiefern das Gerät zu einem passt. Die Verarbeitung des Geräts, sowie die Standfestigkeit bei den Übungen ist auf jeden Fall sehr gut.
