My Dog has been on this food for around 5 years now. He has digestive issues and this is the only food that he can tolerate. He also used to get quite bad flakey skin before feeding him this and I can remember that clearing up within a few weeks. He will be 12 this year and we were told that he doesn’t need to move to the senior food, he should be able to eat this for the foreseeable. It also keeps his teeth pretty healthy as he has absolutely no teeth or gum problems and the vet mentioned that could be down to the dry food diet. Short of being a miracle cure for gut disease, bad skin and having better teeth then most elderly dogs, I would highly recommend this dog food. Anything that makes our best friend happier and healthier gets my vote.

We usually buy the Pork and Potato. Our two borders have always eaten this and this flavour is good but can become a bit crumbly which makes my older dog cough at points so now serve with milk in the morning like cereal.

My golden retriever practically inhales this every time. It’s gentle on the tummy and can be used as a training reward as it’s so tasty. Burns do a larger kibble for breeds like mine but it’s difficult to come by unfortunately and rarely available on Amazon. However, Alfie the golden never goes hungry as he enjoys this just fine. The bigger bag is heavy, but handy for a large dog like mine. They do various sizes though so something to suit all.
