Even though it is a snap back it is a little on the large side. I have a medium head size and I have it snapped as far as I can and it is still a little loose.

I didn't know soft mesh existed. Instead of feeling like plastic fishing line, the mesh in this hat feels almost silky soft.

Love the look of the hat, and its worn-in feel and unstructured nature are spot on for my preferences. For some reason, however, this one runs a bit big, wherein the 'nominal' position of the snap-fit back (in which each peg is snapped into a corresponding whole) feels just a touch loose such that I may need to re-fit it to a slight overlap. This is an issue in my opinion because it causes the hat to look cinched rather than sitting naturally on my head. I have other '47 branded OSFA (one size fits all) hats which fit perfectly, so this is a slight inconsistency in the manufacturing. Probably won't be a factor for anyone but me. Still a great hat, I love these soft trawler mesh style trucker hats, and this one is firmly in the rotation.

Hat won't stay up. Not what I thought it would be like. Strange fit.
