Women's Ribcage Straight Ankle Jeans

Four stars because they are a nice pair of jeans. That said, I will not order another pair of Levi’s off amazon. I own two pairs of ribcage jeans -these and another pair from Levi’s website. I ordered my normal w28 on amazon of the black pair and they fit pretty loose. I can slide my entire hand down my pants with them buttoned and still have room. After wearing for several hours I could pull them down and wear them as a low rise if I wanted. Both pants are cotton and 1% elastase. On the amazon pair sizing is definitely off and the Levi’s back logo is on cardboard. I paid the same price (on sale) for the tango fade ribcage in size 28 on Levi’s and they fit awesome. No severe loosening and the back logo was made of leather. The Pair from the Levi’s website was also premium denim. The amazon pair definitely is cheaper quality. Overall they are nice jeans and definitely have a cool casual look, but choose carefully where you order them from. If I choose to reorder from amazon, I will definitely go with a 27 next time and really consider if the two day shipping is worth sacrificing quality.

Absolutely love! New favorite pair of jeans. Fit is perfect and very flattering for long torso, shorter legs. I’m 5”1.5 and wear size 26’- ordered size 26. Snug, but comfortable fit, great fabric and wash and does “give” a little after wearing for several hours, but not too much.

Quick Reference: 5'3", 140, hourglass, size 29 in levi's. Pants fit TTS. They're long on me, but they were easy to cut shorter since they're raw hem. || ** The details: I was nervous to wear these at first because I usually only wear skinny jeans and don't branch out much with fashion trends - I like to stick to "safe/boring" styles. But after trying them on and testing them out, they are LITERALLY my favorite pants. I'm 5'3 so I did have to cut them to have the cropped look, but I washed and dried them first, then I trimmed the front a few inches, leaving theses pants as high low raw hem jeans. I can literally wear them ALL different ways. Strappy heals, flats, loafers, vans, booties, you name it. I am SO pleased and I feel so confident wearing them. They fit my waist like they were tailored just for me. I have an hour glass figure and I LOVE how high and fitted the waist is. I ordered my usual size 29 in levi's and they fit great. A nice hug, but nothing uncomfortable. These pants are SO on trend right now. I encourage anyone to give them a try... you'll be pleasantly surprised!!

Okay so usually I am A size 5-7 and I got These in a 6. They couldn’t close at first so I had To do do the first button and work my way down LOL. I am Very curvy with 37 inch hips and 27 Inch waist. I am 5’2 and 140 lbs. hope this helps for the curvy ladies. I def wore them around the house for 2 hours to stretch them out. I couldve Done with a 8 but the waist would’ve been huge once fit in.

I’m 5’5”, waist 28, hips 42. I purchased a 29 in the Charleston wash. Levi’s ribcage jeans are THE cutest. I have three pairs, here’s what I’ve learned: since these are rigid cotton I previously purchased a size 31 in two other washes based off the chart so they would fit my hips and I had the waist tailored in. NOT necessary as it turns out. They WILL STRETCH OUT! Even after I tailored the waist on my 31 size they still loosened up significantly after a few hours wear. Enough to fold over the waist! So this time I purchased a 29 and they snugly fit my hips AND my waist straight out of the box. I know they will loosen up a little with wear. My suggestion is buy the absolute snuggest fit you can button up as it’ll stretch into a perfect fit. But I LOVE these jeans!! 😻

Update: I know own the medium dark wash Charleston Rain (or something like that) and a light wash Tango Fade (I think). I love both. The sizing is pretty consistent across the washes. They are very high rise but I have a long torso for being 5'4 so it works on me.At first I ordered a size down based on other reviews on Amazon and the Levis website - bad idea. I couldn't even get them close to buttoning. I returned that pair and ordered my regular Levis size (31) and they're fantastic! They're a little snug, but as with all my Levis they will loosen a tad. I like the ankle length and the straight silhouette. They look really cute with heels or ankle boots. I'm eyeing the black pair now . . .

These fit amazing! I’m normally a 26 in jeans which is what I ordered and they fit perfectly.

To preface I am 5'8, 140lbs waist 25" hips 39".Step 1 size down. After buying a pair in my usual size then buying another pair a size down I'm certain that if you have a pear or hourglass shape, buy a size down than your usual if you want a more flattering snug hip fit. The material is stretchy enough to accomodate this. The waist will probably be far too loose as demonstrated in the first pic. Unless you have a straighter silhouette theres no way the hip and waist will both fit you on these pants and I always find that with levis, they favor straighter hips.The next part (sorry) is to get the waist altered to fit you so you look *snatched*. Without using a waist sinching belt or altering the waist they will look like regular high rise old navy esque jeans and we didnt come here for that. (The second and third picture I have sinched the material in the back to show you what the potential is.) That said the material, feel and height of the jeans are great. The color is pretty much the same as the advertised photo.

I love these jeans! However, I measured myself and used the size guide and they were way too big. I returned and went two sizes down for a perfect fit. If you love high rise pants and think there is no such thing as too high, these are for you. The straight cut gives them a cute vintage mom jean look. They have a button fly which I don't mind because it makes me feel secure. I am 5'4 and 170 lbs. Bought the 32 first and it was way too big. The 30 fit just right. These do have some stretch so you're better off buying smaller and they will break in a bit.

I'm 5"3, size 4. I like wearing crop tops but not showing off my entire belly. I love the waste height of these jeans. Super cute with a white crop top sweater or any cropped shirt.I wear them with flats and heels. Super comfy jeans.

I normally wear size 26 in Levis and I found these to be on the tight and less forgiving side of that size (especially after washing) . They have a button down fly so bear that in mind as a tight fit in these jeans can fit like a girdle and be somewhat painful around the waist. Do not recommend this style for people who are not long waisted as it would be very uncomfortable . I know they are supposed to be fashionable, but I think they can look kind of weird and clownish on some figures especially if you tuck a t-shirt into them.

What was Levi’s thinking😂? Ridiculous jeans and so uncomfortable. Returned them, oh I long for the days of the perfect mid-rise, straight legged boot-cut 501’s I can no longer find in my size.....the jeans everybody’s butt looked good in. I don’t know what these ones were about. I’m scared and confused.
