Q: Are these components able to fit in the original box?

They fit very easily even with both expansions. I also got the Broken Token in box organizer which keeps it all very organized.

Q: Does this expansion work if you are already using the expansion game to add more players? Or will this only work with 4 players? (or fewer).

Passion (and the other 2 forthcoming Great Facades expansions) are compatible for 1 to 6 players.

Q: Is the 5-6 player expansion required for the passion expansion?

Nope, the 5-6 player expansion is not required. However, the Passion expansion does have enough of each component to be able to play up to 6 players when combined with the 5-6 player expansion

Q: Can this be combined with the other Sagrada expansion set to accommodate *more* than 5-6 players?

Unfortunately, no... This expansion adds new options for playing (individual player powers, new objectives, etc.) that are compatible with all player counts (1 to 6 players)
