DoproAmerican Standard SG Guitar Full Face Pickguard fits USA Gibson SG Special Guitar Aged White 3 Ply

As others have mentioned, the fit wasn't great, especially around the bridge posts. I also needed to use a drill to open them up a bit more. I used the original screws rather than the ones that were sent with it because the sizing was a bit large.I was really happy with the look of the tortoise shell and am really happy with the final result. So 4 out of 5.

Good price, looks good, I did have to widen the bridge holes a bit with a drill. Works for me.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this pick guard for the price. I had the original black SG guard and wanted to change up the look a bit with a cream guard. This one is a pretty heavy duty 3 ply with a black layer between the top and bottom cream layers. All screw holes matched up to my 2006 Gibson SG Faded quite nicely. My only gripe (as many others here have commented) is that the two holes that the bridge pegs go through are too small. I had to take a 1/2" drill bit and make them larger to get the guard to lay flat against the body. After doing that everything was perfect.

I ordered two different colors just incase one wasn't cut right and turns out they both weren't cut right. The hole for the neck pickup is crooked so I can't even fix it. There's no drilling out a hole, or filing down something. Nope it's just cut 100% wrong on both colors in the same exact way. I'm going to try getting my money back but I WOULD NOT BUY THESE AGAIN, EVER. They just don't fit, and there's no modification that will make it fit without it looking horrible.

The quality is very good for this pick-guard. Fit is excellent.

The pickup cutouts are good and the screw holes line up. But the holes for the bridge posts are too small, so the pickguard can’t be used without drilling them out a little bigger. So selling it as fitting a Gibson SG Standard isn’t quite accurate.

Produit parfait pour une epiphone sg standard inspired by gibson.... faut juste agrandir un peu les trous pour le chevalet.. sinon les trous pour les vis sont bien standard

Bei den Pickguards die man hier sonst so in Deutschland bekommt, hatte ich immer das Problem, dass diese keine Gibson Maße haben.Ich habe das Pickguard an einer Special Faded Worn White montiert und es hat zu 100% perfekt gepasst.Hab mir direkt noch ein weiteres in einer anderen Farbe bestellt.

The quality is good for the price paid.However, I had to use my dremmel to get the bridge posts to fit correctly.You could also use sandpaper or a round file to make these adjustments.You will have a slight gap round the post depending on how accurate you are when filling the plastic.Would only recommend if you are experienced in guitar maintenance and know how to use your tools correctly.
