Levi's Men's 550 Relaxed Fit Jeans

I bought these for my husband and they are a perfect fit. He has washed several times and they look as good as new. There has been no shrinkage. The zipper sturdy and sound. He was happy with the color and fabric. Although not very stretchy, the fit is good.

Love the fit and material

I don't know why the same model and size pant should fit differently, but this black pair of Levi Men's 550 Relaxed Fit Jean (36x32) fit much more snugly than the stonewashed blue pair of Levi Men's 550 Relaxed Fit Jeans (36x32) I purchased at the same time at Amazon. Curiously, the pants came in different packages on different days. This is my size, and my go to brand of Jeans. Rather than run to the local Sears (the only convenient source for black Levis in my size), I thought I'd try Amazon. Don't get me wrong, I CAN wear these, but I'd say they're running about a half inch narrower at the waist. Call it a size 35 1/2. The stonewash blue jeans fit absolutely perfectly however.

I've worn Levis since I was 'boomed'. They are my jeans of choice. I had been wearing 505's of my usual size. Had been. I preferred that closer fit. But a few pairs I've owned in recent years seem to have split near the seam at the bottom of the zipper. So recently, I have been going with the looser-fitting 550's. Less tension on the material. (And no, I don't want a pair of the new part-spandex variety.) They are otherwise quite durable. Wearing a year-old pair today. Retiring an in-otherwise-good-condition pair of split 505's. Just got three new pairs. of 550's. (Cyber pants?) Delivered in two days. These fit as expected. A little loose on the thigh, length is below my ankle when my leg is straight, and above it when I'm sitting with a bent leg. Waist is a little loose, but stays up with my belt.

Great jeans with an easy, well cut fit.

Good stiff 100% Cotton Jeans that has to be broken in! Amazon has this product as can be returned because it is to stiff, however that is the way 100% cotton jeans is It is supposed to be broken in over the years while you create memorizes in it. If you want a pair of jeans that feels comfortable right away buy one of those spandex blends but, don't expect it to last more than a few years. Size and length fit as described

I ordered these for my adult son and they fit him to a T. He looked great wearing them and he stated they fit him well and were comfortable. They were good quality, great fabric, no shrinkage. The material thickness was exactly as featured and so was the color.

Amazon's website advertises this item as Levi's 550 '92 jeans, which are a more loose cut than the current 550. What arrived of course, are current 550 model jeans. I know there are a billion items for sale and Levi's changes styles without actually changing naming like a car dealership that calls everything a Mustang. But it's clothing, and when you want to buy a certain fit, you expect to get the product as advertised. Modern 550s are not the same as a 550 '92, stop calling it that when even the tag on the back doesn't say it.
