Ordered this glass for friends 50th birthday it arrived and the decal was at an angle. They did replace it with a perfect one, but I had to return the diagonal one. I felt like the inconvenience of having to wait for the present and delayed in giving the present would’ve warrant not having to return the defective one. What are they going to do with a defective one? Send it to somebody else?

Very poor quality. Ordered it as a gift for a friend. It was not even possible to give this glass as a gift! There were prints on it, probably from the packer, so I decided to wash it... from prints... The inscription was almost completely erased after the wash of the glass, it’s were faded!!! Do not waste your money! Very disappointed!
