We've just installed ours with the led . 2 days in the red led started to blink non stop? Is there a reason for this ? Also when it's on its whistles

I have this faucet, mine does not whistle. It does blink red when it’s very hot water until the temp has leveled out then just stays red.

Does it come with the wrench/tool to tightenes down the faucet?

I don’t know but this faucet’s lights stoped working after a month and heads clog up easily spraying water everywhere. You may want a different one. Once it is in it is costly to remove.
