Works great.
My son started using a longer and heavier bat this season. He needed to choke up to help swing his new bat. I bought one of these and placed it up the handle a bit beyond the knob. It fits securely enough that it doesn't slip and we have no need to buy more to "stack" them to take up the space between this one and the knob. He likes the feel and it has helped his swing. I would recommend giving it a try. For the price, you have nothing to lose.
