I’ve been taking umpteen different types of capsule and tablet supplements for years and never had any problems……until now. This tablet is basically a very bad swallow as it’s so large and porous so it makes it even more prone to sticking on the way down. Also if and when it does “stick” it very rapidly breaks down in the back of the throat causing more problems. In my opinion a smaller smoother tablet shape would be better as I have seen happen with other product’s over the years.

Easy to take, helps to keep my potassium levels decent after my hospital prescription ran out.I recently spent a couple of days in hospital because my levels were dangerously low and my heart could have stopped.Worth having a set of bloods taken to check.I also take a magnesium supplement as magnesium helps the body to absorb potassium.

I already take a few vitamin supplements and thought I was getting all the nutrients I needed from a good diet too. However, blood pressure was getting slightly higher and also very stiff in the legs when I got up after sitting down a while, so I decided to add potassium to my diet. Well, I must have been lacking in it because after a week, no more muscle stiffness, at all, no more heart palpitations, no restless leg syndrome. Very, very happy with the results. Will continue taking one a day. They’re a bit big for me to swallow, so I chew them with food.

I would have given this product 5 stars, but unfortunately the manufacturer has now resorted to misleading advertising. The label used to say 200mg per pill. Now it has changed to 400mg, but in fact the product itself is unchanged, only the labelling. The trick here is that in small letters in one of the images of the back of the bottle, it says in small letters that the recommended dose is two pills. This is a highly misleading practice which Amazon should not allow. I am disappointed that the manufacturer is resorting to such low tricks.
