I forgot that I bought this on Amazon several months ago. My stash is almost gone. I try to take two teaspoons a day, but I miss days every now and then. It works. Any kind of intestinal disorder you might have, I suggest you try this. It will clear up diarrhea and/or constipation in a few hours. You will at the least see dramatic improvement the next day. This can has enough to last one person at least 3 months. Also, be careful about taking more than the directions. I tried that. And, this thing is full of fiber, way more than the intestines can really deal with at other than prescribed doses. I was using two big tablespoons, and that is not good. It actually works against the stool some kind of way and promotes constipation big time. I always like to use more than any subscription, and two full teaspoons is about the best for this product. They say two level teaspoons, but a little more doesn't really hurt that much.

This sugar-free Metamucil has been an excellent discovery. The orange flavor is surprisingly pleasant for a fiber supplement, and the best thing is that it does not have that rare artificial flavor that other products leave. It mixes quickly with water and is not lumpy if you beat it well. In summary: it is a reliable, effective and tasty product. If you are looking to improve your digestion naturally, this Metamucil is an excellent option. Totally recommended!

Works as expected.

Perfect for moving bulk through the digestive tract. Works exactly as described and helped me lose my extra belly fat (54yo male). Taste isn't terrible at all...similar to a "fortified" orange tang. Love the sugar-free aspect and nutritional gains from psyllium husk intake! Only negative I found in several months of regular use is the maltodextrin ingredient so I'll likely switch to the clear version which does not contain the maltodextrin.

This stuff works great and tastes good but I think it is overpriced

I actually purchased this item by mistake and contacted Amazon for a refund. To my surprise, their amazing customer service issued the refund and told me to just keep the product. Since I had it, I decided to give it a try, and I am so glad I did! The sugar-free orange flavor is great and it really helps with digestion. It turned out to be a happy accident. I am almost finished with the canister and I will definitely be buying it again—on purpose this time!
