Q: Useless for disabled - way too short - should be at least 22" height - Got any product that works for disabled????

Have to disagree. No one product can meet the needs of every application. When I was unable to stand in the shower this product was perfect, allowing me to sit in the shower and bathe comfortably. I’m not sure what else one might expect.

The one I bought is 10" and it is compact and fits in the small space I have! I am sorry I do not see a smaller one in the picture! Oh, I see, these are inner and outer measurements! Please look at them again! Good luck with your purchase; it is a very nice and sturdy piece.
