The first time I bought this set, it was for my first college apartment and I wanted something reasonably priced, but had enough tools to cook beyond the basics. The set met my needs and I used it for about 4 year; however, after 4 years the set was definitely not ready for the trash - I gave it to someone else needed new kitchen utensils as I was moving. The only thing in this set that didn't survive the 4 years was the can opener. It just didn't work well and the blade rusted. Apart from that, everything else was in GREAT condition.When I moved a got a little bit more money, I thought I'd "invest" in a kitchen utensil set and soon realized that investing met $12-15 per one utensil that would have to be mix n' matched. I noticed that the OXO brand of kitchen utensils appeared to be the best, but the only real difference in feel were "extra sturdiness" which didn't feel necessary because you're not lifting rocks. I decided to repurchase because I realized that I wasn't going to get a similar bundle anywhere. Right out of the box, I threw away the wisk (it was medal - the previous purchase had a nylon wish which was AMAZING. I'm not a fan of medal wisks, but this one was a tad flimsy). So far every piece has been through the dishwasher (besides the can opener) and is still in great condition. The quality for some pieces seems to have improved since last time. A great buy at a cheap price - don't be afraid to donate the couple pieces you just don't want as you're still getting a good deal if the price stays around $60ish for this set.

The price seems crazy low for the quality and quantity of kitchen tools, the kit basically includes everything except a wedge shaped cake/pie server. The feel of the items out of the box is sturdy, and rugged, but light, modern, and stylish. The design of every individual item is minimalistic, leaning toward function, and quality but designed somewhat catch your eye. I purchased the set for my wife for Christmas who Likes to forget about or misplace the kitchen utensils leading them to be melted and deformed. Don’t worry she asked for some new kitchen tools for Christmas and showed me a link to a less expensive and less inclusive set from another company. I decided to buy this because of the price and the items included. little did I know how much joy I would get out of her joy because she had forgotten she asked for new items, and immediately realized the scope and quality of the products. She honestly wasted no time and began opening the box before I could rotate to open my present, and began inspecting them happily. I immediately noticed how sturdy they were when I picked one up and wrapped my had with it. These won’t be melting under the heat, they are much stronger than some random items you sometimes get on amazon like our last flimsy cheap kitchen tools. All through Christmas Day during present unwrapping, I watched her continuously reach and play with the set, and proceed to air cook and imagine herself cooking with them, literally pretending like she is flipping pancakes or something. The product brought my wife joy and in turn brought me joy. Happy wife happy life

If you're looking for high-quality, never-break utensils, you should probably look elsewhere. If you're looking for a cheap pack of dollar store wonders, though, this is a great buy. As people have already mentioned, this makes a great starter set for someone just moving in to a new place, and in need of a kitchen set. This larger set also provides a few oddities that you'll probably never use. Do you really need six different spatulas? Well, they're here anyway if you do! The can opener and scissors actually feel pretty alright too; the scissors especially feel heavy and have proven quite capable already.The one issue I have is with the cheese grater. It's a single-sided, flat grater with three different grating edges. It's good in a pinch, but you probably should look into getting a proper, four-sided grater when you get a chance.All in all, you get a lot of stuff for the price. Over time, you'll likely want to replace your most used utensils with better ones, but you'll still probably end up keeping a lot of the lesser used utensils for that ONE time you actually need them.

Okay, so I I never really write reviews so bear with me. First of all, all the NEXGADGET utensils were packed neatly and were very easy to unpack. For the price I really wasn't expecting anything too fancy. Let me tell you! If you want more bang for your buck- this is a steal! Stainless steel handles and top of the line products that can stand the heat. There was so many utensils I literally was able to just trash all my oldies. From a can opener to a multi-use cork screw that reminded me of a Swiss army knife to the most convenient top of the line pot holders that are so easy to slide on your hands and can take the heat! Plus they fit so easily in any drawer. All the big spoons from spatulas to cheese grater have a hole on the handle which makes it so convenient to hang it. I know I sound like I work for them but trust me they are just that good and you won't be disappointed. A must buy for anyone from a chef to a regular lover of good stuff priced right. It will upgrade your kitchen- you will get asked by people where you bought them. I need to order this set for my family member's. It matches any kitchen. They are so easy to clean and are dishwasher safe. The kitchen sheers/scissors are so useful and have many uses. If you're looking for kitchen utensils well you can stop now and just order these. Trust me. I would buy a second set in case any of them wear down but the quality is too good I don't think I need a back-up. 🙋‍♀️
