Good energy drink for sports and traveling, it reduces tiredness alot and recharge your energies which helps you in sports. It has only 0.4g sugar and good for hydration, and it tastes like a real orange juice unlike other brands tastes like sugar in water.

Saved me from death ...overall good.My body unfortunately completely dehydrated that day and my heart started beating fast, confusion and light depression like felling, stiffi light head muscel weakness worst thing happened in my life but luckily my friend bag poket contains this plastic blue container with some tablet he given me one tablet with water. Feelgood after 20 to 25 min.I purchased one paket now im writing review about this.One tablet sufficient for one day or depending external temperature and humidity.Donot take 2 tablet within one day my experience say this cause irritation in kidney site .if get overdose.Buy it. no problem.
