So after struggling to keep my hoop up for more than 6 mins, I saw this on tik tok and I've got to say not only is it easy, it fits my fat mum tum too.I'm about a size 18 atm, put on some covid weight. Wanted to loose it at home, because gyms seem a tragic place to visit atm.My first thought was will it fit my stomach and it does with room to spare thank god. The total inside circumference is 110cm although there's some give I've measured on the grey bits and each section is around 6.8cm inside.You can add and remove sections to make it either bigger or smaller depending on size.The first day I ended up headphones on, favourite music doing like 45 mins, I was sweating so it's definitely a cardio workout. The only problem came the next day, ouch the pain in my abs. It felt like I'd done 20000 crunches.I did it every day for the first two weeks and now I do it every other day. I've already lost just over 5.2kg and haven't changed my diet much. Gladly fitting back in my size 16 stuff again ❤️We've just bought our second one because my son wants to start doing it with me. Bless him.I'd definitely recommend to anyone who wants to tone up their abs and have fun at the same time.

I love This! I’m a bug girl so I cannot for the life of me keep a regular hoop up! But this is amazing! So easy to use, great fun as well as great exercise! I’m hoping it will help me tone up as I’m losing weight :) only problem I had was I can’t get the timer to work on it. But the box and presentation is beautiful as well as the fact it’s very sturdy :)

This piece is easy to assemble and works as described. I was apprehensive as some reviews mention the weight getting caught, if you add enough momentum I had no concerns with this! It is a little uncomfortable on the waist but for the time you’re wearing it, it works great!

Great item, read lots of reviews of other ones abit cheaper but decided to pay only a couple of pounds more for the quality aswell. Its not disappointed. Weight is already in and easy to fit together. Bonus of having a timer on too so I know how long I've been doing it for. Only on day 3 so not sure if I will lose any weight. Fingers crossed!

Was very pleased to purchase this hoop. Appeared very solid and well made. Been using the hoop over the last four days without any issues. This evening the open/close clasp broke open as hooping allowing the weight to come away and literally flying across the living room hitting the fire place and damaging the items on it. The weight could have caused more considerable damage and expect I was lucky this time.

I absolutely love these hoops, and whilst I was really sceptical as to if it was helpful in weight lost - it truly is, it was only a week of daily hooping (I went straight into 20 - 40mins a day) that I was removing a link and each week it was one by one removing them (no real change to my diet and I was still - unfortunately though, almost instantly the joins were going funny and each link - weakening and breaking, due to the jaggedness after a while. Bonus of weight loss is that I have had spares BUT my complaint sadly lies with communication from the seller. As I notified them instantly of the issue, which must of happened within a fortnight or less of me using this daily and It has been months, and I am still awaiting an actual replacement or refund, even notification from them would be nice - they responded once and that is all. I have used it a lot less because well, it is basically unusable now.... With it barely staying in place (those tiny metal bits come out within moments and scraping - making it louder and not smooth flowing...)

I used to be able to hula hoop but now with a dodgy hip I find it too difficult. A friend recommended I try this and I am really pleased with it. Sits on the hips with a heavy weight attached which goes round and round as you rotate your hips. I find I can manage this quite easily and it helps exercise the joint without pain.Do NOT overdue it at first. It feels so easy you could be tempted to go on too long. I started at five mins and have now built up to 15 mins a day. Of course, if you are younger and fitter than me (which you probably are) then you will get on with it much better.I have created a playlist to exercise to which makes it more fun. I recommend ABBA…

So I waited a while before I wrote a review, and I can honestly say. I am so impressed with this weighted hola hoop. The quality is brilliant. Its easy to assemble, easy to use and is very sturdy, so it doesn't feel like it's going to break. I saw a video on Tic Tok and thought it would be a fun way to lose some weight and it was right. I do 30 minutes a day and I have lost a stone and a half since starting 3 months ago. So I would 100% recommend this to any one who wants to lose some weight but doesn't want a heavy work out.
