I like this box. Well made, door removes for easy machining. Same with bottom panel.
I like this box. the front panel is easily removable to machine. It is heavy duty with a thick seal. There is a handy removable panel on the bottom that again lends itself to easy machining for connectors or cable glands. It also comes with pieces to facilitate mounting. The interior mounting plate is steel. Personally I would have preferred aluminum, but steel work.

Very sturdy and well sealed box. I can think of many uses but using for an electrical box to hold electronic metering equipment. Time will tell, but very impressed initially. I wish it had a different way to open instead of the key that it comes with two, but I would rather have a way to open without tools since I am not concerned about security. If someone wanted to open I don't think not having the key that came with it would stop them if they were determined.

Most pleased, indeed!
Very high quality electrical enclosure. Mine is a large variety. I used it to interface a 10HP VFD to my Atlas-Copco scroll air compressor. Inside, I installed a DIN rail onto which I supported an input EMI filter, high-current DIN terminals, a DIN circuit breaker and drilled holes into one side for the various power cord receptacles, lights and switches interfacing to the compressor. This is not a chinsy box. It's a little pricy (meaning I'm cheap) but for the quality, it's worth every penny.

As good as you could buy at any local electrical supply store could be used as a strong box or gun storage. It is very sturdy. Has weatherproof seal. This is one of those few gems that Amazon carries from the pacific rim that is actually really good quality, rate indeed. Has a keyed lock.
