Beautiful color, very clean printing
I’m an art teacher getting back to my roots of being an artist. I am transitioning from working in wood and clay to 3D printing. So the pictures are of an original piece. Enough about me, this is amazing PLA. I used it for a small piece prior to this project and it did well, but since my printers are in the garage and the humidity is a bit high. I choose to run it through the filament dryer. It gave me incredible results. I printed on the Ender 5 plus, at 80mm/sec, .16 layer height. The layer lines are very minimal, and I got a few zits and blobs which were very easy to brush off. The color is a matte finish, a very striking color. I loved this filament and will be using it again.

Phenomenal color and print!
The color! OMG, the color is perfect, as is the print qualities! Marble filaments never disappoint and there’s another color available…I’M GOING TO BUY THAT TOO! No stringing, no layer lines, just perfection. We’re always looking for something to print with these filaments because it’s so good. Going to order other, available color now!

Super hygroscopic filament **Update 1/17/24
Update 1/17/24-- After being contacted by Overture customer I've raised the review to 4 stars. They asked about what happened and could they send a replacement. Sorry the replacement roll they sent, it has printed absolutely perfectly. Thanks again for reaching out Overture support. This was the first time I had ever had problems from their filament, and I've purchased several spools from them. So I run a print farm with around 20 FDM and resin printers. I'm no expert by any means. But I do fairly know my way around 3d printing. I bought a roll of the turquoise green filament to print a Sally from Nightmare Before Christmas for my wife. This stuff is super brittle, and hygroscopic. The color is beautiful, especially for Sally's face. But I've scrapped nearly half a roll trying to get it to successfully print. I've ran it through one of my dryers for 48 hours and still get breaks. As of this review, I'm trying to print again directly from one of the filament dryers. Which I only ever do for nylon and other hygroscopic filaments. I really hope to get a successful print as my wife loved the "marble rock" infused color. I will update with pics of I get a successful print. These prints take 2½ days so a failure gets expensive very quick. Here's to hoping the heat from dryer while printing, will help!

This filament is fantastic & feels how it says!!!
First thing is first, this stuff legit has a stone feel and it gives that nice marble vibe I was looking for! The spool tells you how much filament you have which is a HUGE plus! I've printed multiple projects using this filament now, and overall the quality between spool rolls is consistent. The way the filament layers gives it more of a smooth texture blending any lines I usually see with my silk pla to not be so with this on standard quality settings. The filament is extremely durable and solid! I noticed after my big 3-day print (the dwarven dice tower above) that would have the bed at 70 just to keep the piece from coming up slightly (I didn't need to use a glue stick of anything!). The filament does take a super big toll on nozzle heads for big prints so I advise changing the nozzle after big prints. I had a issue with the filament sensor dying after printing with this filament for awhile so I can't say for sure if it was because of the filament or a poorly made sensor. On the smaller prints, I find my bed temps sweet spot is 50-60. My smaller prints with it look so so so good! (bard dice container is a fantastic example) at the standard quality, the detail is chef's kiss worthy! If you've been holding off on purchasing don't!

The product was winded on the spool terrible.
The product was winded on the spool terrible. The filament keeps bounding up and of course, the print is lost each time. Not a good product for me.

Not what I hoped for
Let me first start off by saying that I have used tons of overture filaments and normally absolutely love them, especially the matte filaments. This stuff however, was absolute garbage and they dropped the ball on this one. It comes out of my machine like sludge and doesn’t stick well at all. I can’t get my bed seemingly level enough to make lines disappear like I can with their other filaments. I’m so disappointed, it’s basically unusable. Edit: after a discussion with Overture they agreed to send two new rolls of filament so I bumped the rating to 3 stars. Pleasant to deal with 👍🏻

Not great
Didn’t print well at all. Lots of stringing on bigger prints and had a weird texture. Did not iron out well in top layer either.
