Barely but can work.
M size is barely Medium. Should be a little bit larger; it is almost Small size and is barely usable for 5-11 185 lb person. Unknown reason but it was too uncomfortable to use by lady 135l b. 5'6". So, mixed reviews.

Too small - neck size
This collar was very helpful. But, getting the sizing right was trial & reorder. The manufacture needs to include neck size in inches for this product in the description.

I liked that it air allowed. However this is a very poorly made and sized not for real adjustments. I have been wearing these for 30 plus years and know all the styles and sizes, I trimmed it until I get a new one.
