I purchased this milk because it claims it has a shelf life of nine months. I purchased it on August 27, 2019 and it expires on October 15, 2019. Six weeks is not even close to nine months. Very disappointed!

I bought this milk for a two-fold reason. We don’t use a lot of milk in our house, but occasionally have a bowl of cereal or need it for a cup or so for cooking. We end up buying smaller bottles of regular milk, but typically it goes bad before we finish it. Also, we live in Florida so, ya know, hurricanes happen. Figured this product could be a godsend to reduce the amount of milk we throw away and if we got hit by a hurricane and lost power, we’d still have access to milk for cooking, thereby offering up a larger variety of post-storm food options. We received our milk this past weekend and hubby made a beef stroganoff with it and the flavor was weird, there was a sweetness to a savory dish and the texture was different. It was pretty gross. I tried it about 30 minutes ago on cereal and there was a slightly slick/slimy mouth feel to the milk. It smelled like vanilla, but it was the white milk. Also, there’s a bitter after taste that is still lingering. Overall I think this stuff is gross.I was also really disappointed that the expiration date was only 2 months from when we received the milk. All research I’ve done is 6-9 month shelf life for these types of milk. This makes me think this product has been sitting in a warehouse for at least 4 months.

Only one store in my area stocks this & even that is hit or miss whether it's in for days at a time. I didn't think I'd be able to buy milk on Amazon but since it's shelf stable, you sure can. It's pretty pricey, in store & on Amazon, but it's my pregnancy craving so I bought two cases; to heck with frugality. I like that it is lower in sugar & I can't taste the Splenda or is aftertaste. The fact that it's shelf stable (altho mind blowing) is awesome; I can put a couple in the fridge at a time & keep the rest in the pantry. No more going to the grocery store every day. The best strawberry milk ever.

Being from Chicago I was probably one of the first group of folks to try, and fall in love with, fairlife milk.First it was the amped up nutritional profile...has more of what I need and less of what I don't need.Next, I really like that it's filtered, especially after learning more about what milk can have in it.This is the first time I've seen it in a shelf stable option. Boy, am I happy! Often get snowed in for weeks at a time, and this is the perfect size for a week of coffee.Tastes great in cereal, too.

Tastes the same as regular Fairlife milk. I was skeptical since it doesn't need refrigeration until opened, which makes it convenient. My one complaint is that the description states "low fat" (1%), but the picture shows "reduced fat" (2%). I trusted the description, and hoped for 1%, but it turned out to be 2%. That being said, I am still pleasantly surprised that it tastes like regular Fairlife, but can be stored without the need for refrigeration.UPDATE: Since my first review, I should clarify that I only used this milk on flavored cereal, and noticed no discernable difference in taste or texture to regular Fairlife milk. However, I finally tried drinking it straight, and noticed a distinctive sweet vanilla flavor, even though this was the unflavored white milk. Not necessarily bad, but not to my liking. I still appreciate the convenience of non-refrigerated shelf storage, but now plan to only use it as a backup for cereal.

All of the Milk Received were expired and I don’t even know what to do with them now.

We purchase this as a dietary supplement for my 96-year-young mother. It's hard to get nutrition into her as she does not like to eat, but mom loves Fairlife. I've been buying this from the local stores and was happy to see we could get it delivered to her home.

Bought these to take while traveling internationally with my milk-obsessed lactose free 2 year old. Although it was annoying going through TSA security with the bottles because they aren’t clear, so they had to do a swab, full pat down, etc, they definitely came in handy on the 12 hour flight! It’s awesome that they are shelf stable and the resealable container is a huge perk. I will definitely purchase these again for traveling!
