Solgar Black Cohosh Root Extract Plus, 60 Capsules

I have tried many products during this season of peri menopause and menopause now. Hot flashes, night sweats, etc...My last product was Remifemin and though it worked okay it still did'nt take away all the hot flashes during the day.Solgar has always had great products so with only a few really good reviews I decided to try this formula of BlackCohosh and Soy Isoflavanes. Can't believe how great it worked from day one and I've only been taking it two weeks.This is the best natural product ever for me!! I am grateful that I gave it a try even though a bit more expensiveit works!!

Every woman is different, but if you experience hot flashes, get this. Just one a day and you're good to go. I used to have 6-8 flashes every day, but once I started on this I've had no more than a rare 'warm moment' every six to eight weeks.I recently went off it after 8 years, and found I was getting warm a couple times a day, so I went back on it. I'll give it one more year and try again.

Working great to support my perimenopause symptoms including hot flashes, night sweats and hormonal mood swings. Greater concentration and quantity of black cohosh than other brands. It may cost more but is well worth it. I picked Solgar brand because I have been using their VM75 multi-vitamins for years now and have always been happy with them.

Did not work for me. I purchased a second bottle for another 30 days just to give it another chance based on reviews that claimed it truly worked for them. But unfortunately it did not work for me. I'm still experiencing severe hot flashes even in cold weather!
