Ram Mount RAM-B-149Z-202U Double Ball Handlebar Mount with Aqua Box Adapter

I was looking at several options for GPS mounting on my motorcycle, and have heard several people say the RAM mounts are the only way to go. They're right. This mount was a little finicky to get mounted where I was happy with it, but that was me... not the product. Once in place it performed exactly as advertised... it held the GPS at the correct angle, even on bad roads and never once lost it's position. It had the added benefit of dampening some of the vibration my bike has in the handlebars, keeping the screen easy to read at all times. I've only had it on for a few months and a few thousand miles, but so far it's standing up to the weather also.. no rust or corrosion anywhere.

Didnt use it for what it was intended for, but it definitely solved my problem. Could be a little stronger, but I found out they have another version which is stronger anyway, so whne I need it i will go back to them. Seems the model number uses the A, B, C etc... to designate strength/wheight handling capacity. I got this "B" model, should have gone ith "C", or "D", if that exists.Also, I called before ordering, and spoke to one of their customer service folks. They were very helpful and went above and beyond to help me find the right mount for my application, which was not its intended use, but seemed to be a good fit.

Tonight I installed my RAM mount and AMPS charging cradle for my Garmin Monterra GPS... I'd highly recommend RAM mounts, made of high quality aircraft aluminum and stainless steel components in the USA (not Chinese junk). The cradle grabs the GPS and locks it in securely. No need to use the added security lock provided. Definitely a useful purchase for those long ATV treks into no mans land!The Monterra is Garmin's flagship GPS and is powered by an Android OS. It's absolutely amazing and extremely versatile. It's pricy but worth every penny.

I combined this mount with the RAM X-Grip to mount a smartphone on my motorcycle handlebar. The mount sits up high, so it is positioned nicely in my line-of-sight where I can still keep my eyes on the road. My mount sits behind a standard Road King windshield. If I had a lower windshield or none at all, I might try to find something more low profile for aesthetic reasons. All-in-all a great value mount and simple to install. I also used a 6-foot USB cable plugged into a cigarette lighter that I previously installed under my seat using the auxiliary Deutsch plug found on H-D touring bikes.

Purchased new boat and new Garman GPS-map 541. Vessel manufacture didn't have a clue on how to mount the GPS on my type of boat.So went to AMAZON and found the listed item. Better than sliced white bread to install and use.I sent a E-mail to Bayliner Marine and gave them the good news, to help others in the same fix I had been in, as the boat was never designed with that large a GPS in mind.

I purchased this to add a GPS to a Polaris ATV. It was perfect. RAM is one of the few products I have complete faith and trust in. They are a little on the pricey side, but return every bit of value in the product design, durability and ease of use. I have used RAM products for years and will recommend this and other RAM products without hesitation!

J'utilise se support pour un GPS Garmin en utilisation off road sur une enduro et une routière , il est très pratique on le positionne et l'enlève facilement en cas de chute en le serrant modérément il permet de limiter la casse de l'appareil supporté.

Ultra simple d'installation et super stable.Rien ne bouge malgré les vibrations en moto sur la route. Et en plus, ça fait très propre grâce à la finition du produit. Superbe!!!
