How long can you let this product sit in your hair?

I use it as a rinse, so it stays as long as it takes me to apply and work into a thick head of hair, 5-7 minutes, no harm noted so far, still loving how it makes my scalp and hair look and feel . I defer to the manufacturer for the maximum recommended time to leave it, hopefully they will see your question.

What products do you recommend to help close the cuticle and keep dry, coarse, frizzy 3b hair smooth after blow drying?

I do not blow dry, however Olaplex No 6 is good as a leave in and I notice my hair is smoother. Remember: a little goes a long way.

Is there supposed to be a seal on the product?

Yes, but sometimes it can come off while moving through the supply chain if it’s not been properly applied. Best, G+H Team

Can I use this to wash out a semi permanent hair dye?

I don't *know*, but it probably won't work the way you'd like. One of the benefits of ACV is that it seals the cuticle, and dyed hair loses its color when they cuticle is open. If you want to strip a semi-permanent dye, I recommend Neutrogena clarifying shampoo. Really work it in to it your hair and let it sit while you're doing the rest of your shower stuff. I've done this in the past and I've used it 3 or 4 times in one day for a few days in a row. It stripped the color pretty well and didn't damage my hair.
