Just as advertised.
They seem to work well,used for a week plus now and energy levels up,best I have felt since a heavy blood-loss some weeks back,definitely made a difference.

Do the job.
Not a lot to say. They do the job. My bloods showed I was low on iron. I take 2 a day. Poo the colour of licorice now but no constipation. Feel much better from using them - more energy and less breathless. They taste like swallowing a nail though so have a glass of water handy.
