Could not suggest enough as an exclusive breast feeder / breast milk provider for my baby. Easy 1 drop dosage is seriously too easy. It seems small but it lasted me about 3 months each bottle. I used once a day as directed. Also, clean ingredients for my crunchy momhood. Didn’t razor how much kiddos need vitamin D, especially living in MN with minimal sunlight on their skin in the winter.
