I like this brand because it's very pure, in my case... I take one tsp. 2x a day with juice, but I'm a big guy. I think it supports good kidney and liver function.....I also take a high dose of vitamin C with it to help it work better. I work on vehicles and if I take it regularly I find I ache less in the mornings when I rise. It seems when you get older you need Sulphur, and this MSM gives you that Sulphur edge that helps with less aching in my joints and spine. Helps muscles ache less after a day of hard wrenching....that's important to me to cut down pain substantially, as each 1 lb. Bottle in my case, lasts me a month, and for the amount I use, less than a dollar a day. If you haven't tried it, and activities bring on aching joints, it might be an option you may want to use for a few months to see how it may assist you , but You have to do it daily to see , not just once in a while. It's worth a try, and I put a little juice in my mouth then take a teaspoon full and pour it from the spoon into my mouth on top of the juice, and then swallow it then chase it with more juice, and my vitamin C then goes down the hatch , but I take that in a cap. I eat breakfast , or dinner depending on time of day... and I'm good to go. I think it helps the heart too , if you have never tried MSM, it might help you, I know it helps me. It's good for your libido too, it definitely boosts my MoJo a lot.

it was recommended by a friend so I’m trying it. It’s a bit bitter, but mixed with her different type of juice goes down better.

As a source of direct C-S bonds(as opposed to the much more common C-O-S),you can’t beat MSM i.e. CH₃-S(=O)-CH₃ !It appears that our human metabolismis not able to synthesize C-S bonds,so we need to ingest those, one way or another.The flavor is slightly bitter, if you taste it straight,but it dilutes to undetectable as soon as youdissolve it in a mugful of whatever you’re drinking.
