I received it with one missing part and the seller did not have possibility to send me spare part nor to issue partial refund. I assembled the printer and the part was relatively small but it cost around 100 AED ($25) as a part of set of parts so i did not want to disassemble it for return. Decided to buy the part myself and just neutral rating on the product. Just be aware that this can happen and maybe verify all parts are in the box before starting assembly so you can return it in case there is something missing. For the quality of printer i cant say anything yet because i am still waiting for the missing part. There ware some bolts that were not put in the correct place so i had to reassemble them but overall i am happy with it. Issues are not coming from the product or creality but from the resellers who don't have spare parts. On the other hand they were going to accept the return but i choose not to return it because i was too lazy to disassemble and pack it

This box is very primitive and slow, a waste of money i changed it with a raspberry pi and octoprint after 2 weeks.slicing on creality cloud is really terrible, i don't recommend it.

Very easy to setup. Good instructions overally but then no great experience to make it print. The sensor of Y axis was missing so i had to invent a way to make the wheel hit it when self balancing its self and also wobly bed area. You adjust the height on one side it imbalances on the other. The printer printing out of the area of the bed… Very bad experience although I had read good reviews.

I bought this filament dryer box on Dec 2021, and now less than 6 months the filament dryer box is not working anymore.

For the price you can't beat it. I opted to buy from Amazon because I didn't want hassles in case something went wrong or if there where problems. I found it cheaper at another site, but it had poor customer service reviews. Good thing. I figured a build yourself wasn't going to go perfectly. A tiny piece, the stopper for the x-axis was missing. Originally I emailed the manufacturer, and they basically told us to talk to the distributor. Comfort was great, we emailed a picture of the missing piece, and they mailed the piece out. All good.The printer is for my 15 year old. He built it with my supervision (in theory, so parts wouldn't go missing - I've done enough Lego to know), and there's a number of youtube videos. Only after we were done, did we find detailed instructions on the SD card. It's definitely easier than a big Lego project. We got 2 of one allen key, and were missing one that we needed. Not a big deal. We had a few left over screws which concerned me, but we went back over all the instructions and they were just extras.We printed a number of different pieces, and I showed them to friends who have been doing 3D printing for awhile. One has the same printer and said we got better results than he has, and another was very impressed by the quality.All in all, I'm happy with the printer, and Comgrow and their support.

UPDATE:I've updated my rating of this product largely due to the excellent support I received from the seller. The seller reached out to me and offered to make things right. Once I determined that the control board was intermittently faulty, the seller immediately sent me a replacement via DHL which arrived in about 2 days.The printer is now fully functional and producing excellent prints.{original review}After seeing many great reviews for this printer, I decided to purchase one to add redundancy to my print farm.The initial build was very quick - it took less then an hour to fully assemble. Please note that many of the pre-assembled parts where not sufficiently tightened and will need to be disassembled and then reassembled. The hotbed is also not flat - there is about 1mm dip in the centre when hot...The power supply that came with the unit is fairly questionable and does not carry any UL or CSA approvals.After completing the assembly I performed some test prints (in PETG) and noticed some issues which I then started to look in to. After some more test prints, the hotend jammed.Upon disassembly, I found melted filament half way up the heat-break. The overall thermal design of the hotend looked quite poor so I redesigned the x-carriage to accept a full-sized all metal J-head hotend. I reused the heat-block since the firmware wasn't easily updated to change the thermister type.This solution seemed to work for a day or two...but then I noticed that the filament would occasionally extrude with a really rough texture like it either contained water or was being overheated.I exchanged the filament roll with a freshly dried roll and continued my test. No change....and the extruder was skipping occasionally. Increased the stepper drive current. No change - extruder still skipping....Decided to do a full hotend calibration by attaching a thermocouple and insulating the whole set-up. Discovered that the hotend was about 30C below setpoint....Thought this was strange due to extruded filament appearance.Suspected noisy power supply (electrically noisy) - and replaced it with a properly certified MeanWell unit. This did not fix the issue, but the supply was much more silent (acoustically).My next assumption was that the thermistor may be flaky. So I replaced the original thermistor with a known-good unit. This opened a massive can of worms since the Creality board does not have a boot-loader installed from the factory. So I installed a boot-loader (was painful) and then I downloaded Creality modified Marlin firmware from their GitHub... Went to compile it and the Arduino IDE vomited errors... Turns out the released firmware is based on a very only version which only compiles on old versions of the Arduino IDE... (Seriously Creality?)I decided to rebuild all of the settings in the latest version of Marlin. (more time lost)After I got the new firmware loaded and the thermistor settings updated (and verified), I did several more test prints which went well.I then did a 'real' print and about 1cm up, the extruder started to skip again!My next assumption was that the thermistor wire (which is quite long) may be picking up electrical noise from the stepper wires due to their close proximity.I replace the full length of the hot-end thermistor wire with shielded wire. This appeared to work.After one successful 'real' print, I decided to print something else...and on the 3rd layer the extruder started to skip again!!!! I quickly grabbed my thermocouple and measured the heat-block. It was more than 20C above setpoint!!!!At this point I'm assuming the main board is defective or poorly engineered and will be replaced.So to summarize:- this is not a printer for beginners- it lacks quality control- the extruder design is terrible (see online reviews)- the hotend is likely only suitable for PLA due to it's thermal design- buy something better if you just want to print

While not necessarily for beginners, due to the advanced nature of assembling the kit and calibration required, this printer is by far the best bang for your buck. I'm getting amazing results already and there are still things to adjust. The packaging was well padded and all items arrived in new condition. Also worth noting is that the PSU supplied had a proper plastic cover rather than the 3D printed one typically featured in YouTube reviews. I'd highly recommend this kit. Just remember, this is a sub $500 printer, not a $3000+ unit, expect to work a little to get it right. I can't wait to get another one to add to my fleet.

I’m amazed with the performance of this. If you tweak everything properly and make slight modifications this will suit most people’s needs. One thing I had to do was make feet to lower noise vibrations on my table and add a Z axis stabilizer as there is no support at the top. Also added a guard for the main board fan to keep filament from possibility dropping in.Edit: after using the printer for a couple weeks, I got an error message. The nossle would not stop heating up and caused the wrapping around the nossle to burn. I believe the mosfet in the main board failed and there was nothing stopping the power from reaching the components as the fans where all full speed as well even at 0%. I will be returning this for a replacement hopefully this was just a dud. The seller was very helpful as I went through the progress of getting a replacement.

This printer is pretty incredible. It prints PLA really well out of the box with no modifications needed. The removable print surface is a big plus and it's pretty easy to assemble.I had a small issue where my removable print surface was glued together crooked. The printing surface is made of two parts, that have to be glued together and it was slightly out of alignement. After contacting the seller, they quickly sent me a replacement printing surface at no cost.If I'd have to order another printer, I'd definitely buy again from this seller.
