Perfect rice substitute
Love this! Tastier than rice, I use this interchangeably in recipes that call for rice. Great in Mexican recipes and even soups. I have friends who have dietary restrictions and can't digest rice, but the orzo causes no issues. Just don't cook it too long as it gets mushy.

Whole Wheat Upgrade Without Sacrificing Flavor
I bought this because I wanted to switch to whole wheat orzo, but I wasn’t sure if it would taste as good as the regular kind. I’m happy to say it tastes just as great, if not better, no noticeable difference in flavor or texture, which is a win! Fun variation of pasta!
Delicious and so convenient - faster than rive to cook but equally healthy and delicious. This works beautifully when you want a carb to work into a casserole or for an easy to serve pasta salad!

Best Whole Wheat Orzo
I don’t know if it’s because it’s small shaped pasta, but this is the best whole wheat orzo!!!! I thought I would never say this, but I like it better than regular orzo because it holds the dressing/sauce better on orzo salad. Also it’s not gummy and it cooks in 8-10 minutes. A+

Good in one-pot meals
I have bought this several times. I didn’t really know what orzo was, but it’s a small bit of pasta, somewhat larger than rice when cooked. It cooks fast and makes a nice change from bigger pastas. Especially good in one-pot meals.

Whole wheat that isn’t gummy…
Yes, they sell whole wheat pasta at my local grocery store and we have tried them all. They taste gummy or grainy or like cardboard. This brand consistently cooks up fresh, with a nice pasta spring. Not gummy at all. Have been reordering through Amazon for several years now. Very pleased. Even my family members who abhor whole wheat pasta enjoy this orzo.
