Whedon ProductsFP78C Rainbo Massage Showerhead, Brushed Nickel

Whedon Products FP78C Massage...I don't know if I just installed it incorrectly but once installed the showerhead doesn't move so you can aim it. I have a hard time turning it to change to the different sprays.
