A: I'd guess that's it is apx. a 24 inch square of material, or there abouts

**Q: how do i wash this?**
A: Are you looking to wash the flannel?  That would be WAY too much trouble in my opinion.  Plus, you would not want to use it again because of the chemical residue.  Just get another one, they are not that much.
