I really love these steamers. I break them in half to use. Half is enough for one shower - I usually don't even get all the way through a half in one shower. They smell great and are really nice for when you're feeling under the weather. I'll be buying more when I run out.

This product is the best out there for aromatherapy! Truly helps with sinuses, energy, headaches etc! Will be buying this for myself and for gifts often!

These are insane. First I started with the cold kicker pack as a gift from a friend. Used that up and loved every shower. Tried this one to get a feel for the other options. As mentioned in other reviews, once it arrived I separated the scents in little Tupperware containers. I use 1/4-1/2 literally each shower. Such a great! My new favorite is stress release. Probably that and cold kicker are my favorites.

I love this mix bag, it's nice to have different options depending on what kind of boost I need. I struggle to get up in the morning and have chronic migraines so several of these are super helpful.They are also very cost effective. The price might seem high, but even the brand says they can be easily split in half to still be effective (which is nice imo, to try to advise something that might cost a little less). Also, in our household at least, we find that even 1/4 of a block is plenty for a standard shower (we do have a very small 3x3' (or maybe 4x4') shower though, and we all have kids so long showers aren't usually an option. I'm not saying super fast, probably between 10 and 20 min depending on the person (I think I take the longest at 20min) so depending on your shower habits 1/4 would likely work for you as well.The only downside for me at all is the packaging, it's kind of hard to dig around in the little bag, and we have moisture issues so I didn't trust to cardboard to stay dry. This is a very easily fixed problem though! We had a few spare screw/tackle boxes (the little ones you can get at Harbour freight for like $3) and these little blocks fit perfectly even before being split into quarters. When I get a bag I cut all the blocks to my desired size then pop them in the box with the ingredients/color key taped to the lid.Have purchased these twice now and I'm sure I will continue. They are great!
