This chair reminded me of a vintage chair my work place had in the back room, but that one had 4 wheels instead of 5 like this one, making this one functionally safer. The comfort is superior to other chairs thanks to the low back support.

We were delighted to find a task chair that exactly matches a swivel chair we purchased in 2015. I especially love that particular swivel chair and sit in it often when I drop by the office. Anyway, thought this one (VNF-00098) would work well (for ocasional use) with a smaller desk that we will be setting up in that office. I trusted that when Amazon lists something as like new, it is just that. That has been my experience until now. However, the chair we bought is definitely not “like new”. It has quite a few deep scratches on the veneer; the seat is a little loose; and it even has a few other scratches which were probably repaired at the factory. I would say this chair is factory seconds with additional scratches due to bad packing or other accidental handling. Had we known what we were getting, we would not have purchased it. That said, repacking such a large item and shipping it back is a little too much trouble, so we will keep it. Pretty annoyed though. PS: the 9 year old matching swivel chair we have is not blemished and still looks great.

This chair makes a crazy whooshing noise whenever you sit on it. Its funny but gets old lol

Nice quality and wheels are nice, Wood aesthetics gives a nice touch. Took me around 10 minutes to assemble it and it was good to go.

The media could not be loaded.  I’m really upset. This product is not good quality and honestly not even useable. First of all I was missing a screw, not a big deal because it can be secured by just the 3 I received. But then the wheels aren’t even meant to lock in place they just rely on the pressure from the floor to keep them in the base. Then the piece that the chair is supposed to lock into was broken. As you can see from my video. And when I put the chair on top, it did not secure and instead fell off if you sat on it and then ended up ripping that piece off of the other piece and became lodged in the chair. I am not an idiot, and have built all of my furniture myself successfully so I’m not sure that this is user error. I did use instructions as well. And to top it all off the color doesn’t even match my decor at all but I guess I only have myself to blame for that, I thought it would be more green. At the end of the day I still have no chair because this is not functional and a completely waste of $100. I’m extremely disappointed..

The seat is a bit narrow and the padding is just okay. It does look nice!

Very nice desk chair. It is not only comfortable to sit in it also looks much nicer than most desk chairs. Since going work from home I am constantly balancing form and function. But this chair works great.

While I don’t know how ergonomic this chair is, it sure is stylish, and looks very shapely and modern.I love how it looks but I wouldn’t call it comfortable, exactly. However, it works fine unless you are going to be at your desk for hours on end without a break.My husband uses it without a desk as well (for VR) and he enjoys the comfortable cushions and it’s swiveling abilities. He simply does not enjoy the fact that the backrest is significantly too short to be a proper back rest.He practices Alexander technique and good posture, and understands the need for a straight sitting position. A proper backrest gives him a respite from tight or overworked back muscles. This chair will not supply that while working at a desk, playing VR/video games, or whatever else might require sitting in it for long stretches of time.I would recommend this more for short-term work stations and writing desks - not true blue work stations that should have a supportive chair.Assembly was very easy.Although the wood is not totally perfect, the chair seems good value for the price point and adds to the aesthetics of a space. We are pleased with how attractive it looks!
