Broken zippet
Beautiful appliqué work but the zipper broke immediately. I missed returning the product and didn’t know there was a timeline. Could you see what options I have please. Thank you Patricia Jahnke

What's with the cables connecting no the side? Hello...no one wants to see cables!
Really wanted to like this little DVD player but the cables connecting on the SIDE of the player and NOT THE BACK, make hiding this little player difficult. No way to turn it off on the unit...you use the remote control to power on/off. Not liking much about this for the money

Barely bigger than a compact disc or DVD
I bought this for use as a stand-alone CD player, but I tried a DVD in it & it works great for that, too. Great sound and simple operation. I really like its small footprint and matte black finish, and the fact a USB-C charger plug is included to power the player.

Cheap. Doesn't play any type of disc. Sounds like it's rubbing against disc.
Unit wouldn't recognize CD, DVD or mp3 file discs. Tried multiple formats. Also, a scraping sound was constant even though the discs were firmly seated in place. Returned.

Bought this to plug in for the kids while taking long drives in the truck. Works well, quiet and keeps them occupied. So far, so good!
