Ich habe bereits seit geraumer Zeit die silberhaltige Wundauflage “Atrauman Ag” in Benutzung . Dank diesem Produkt gelingt es endlich, eine bislang nicht heilen wollende Wunde bei meinem Mannes erfolgreich zu behandeln. Das Produkt erhält von mir die volle Kaufempfehlung. Leider wurde mir heute das falsche Produkt (die einfache salbenhaltige Wundauflage ohne Ag) zugesendet. Etwas schwierig war es, das Produkt reklamieren zu wollen. Aber es gelang und ich hatte letztlich eine sehr freundliche und geduldige Mitarbeiterin von Amazon am Telefon. Dank ihrer Hilfe konnte das Problem behoben werden. Die 5 Sterne beziehen sich sowohl auf das Produkt (denn eine frühere Bestellung dieses war ja korrekt und somit konnte ich mich bereits von der sehr guten Qualität überzeugen), als auch auf den Kundenservice. Ein ganz großes Dankeschön an Maria von Amazon.

Due to an insect bite and a compromised immune system through chronic illness, I have had a leg ulcer for 4 months, that just would not heal. The Tissue Viability team at my local hospital tried all sorts of things to help my leg heal, including 3 rounds of strong antibiotics and applying thicker silver gauze of lesser quality. But when I came across Atrauman's AG Silver and started applying it to my wound, together with a non-adhesive wound pad and a compression stocking - the thin silver mesh was just the thing my ulcer needed. The mesh allowed my wound to breath and weep/exude as needed, without sticking too much to the healing skin, but allowing it heal and scab over at its own pace. The AG Silver was also great at keeping out any bacteria etc. For a few days I thought my wound was healed enough so that it might be good to air the wound, but when it started stinging, I knew it was in danger of becoming infected again, so I washed the wound again with saline, and applied the AG silver mesh gauze, and all stinging and infection disappeared. Gradually the wound stopped weeping/exuding, and the skin around it, which had been inflamed, wet and puffy for months and months, firmed up very nicely. In just over 2 weeks, my wound is 95% healed, and I feel so much better. I highly recommend this product to anyone with wound healing issues. Well worth the money, and awesome results!
